WHAT IS KAVA
Kava (Piper methysticum) is a South Pacific plant root used to create a non-alcoholic beverage known for promoting relaxation, social interaction, and mild euphoria without affecting mental clarity. It is widely used for reducing anxiety, insomnia, and stress. Common forms include traditional tea, tinctures, and powder, with active compounds called kavalactones.

WHAT IS KRATOM
Kratom is a natural herbal substance derived from Mitragyna speciosa, a tropical tree in the coffee family native to Southeast Asia. It is used for its psychoactive effects and we serve it as tea with flavors or mixes.
